Achieve any goal you set for yourself. Become who you want to be. Build your dreams, drop by drop! Learn how to do this through one-on-one coaching.

The focus of this program is achieving your athletic goal(s). We break things down, working backwards from your objective, setting up large training blocks, then smaller focus points. After an initial assessment and goal setting session, we will determine how many times a week you will train, and how long it'll take to reach your goal. Training will be delivered weekly through a specialized software called “TrueCoach.” Talk to your coach monthly via Zoom or phone.

  • Access to “TrueCoach” platform to receive workouts, communicate with coach, and log progress

Raising awareness, creating positive habits, and implementing best practices is achieved through daily lessons and check-ins, monthly one-on-one calls with coach, bi-weekly measurements and weigh-ins, hand-portion measuring guide for food intake, and access to "ProCoach" software to track progress and interact with your coach.

  • Accessible workouts that are doable at home with minimal equipment​

  • Daily lessons and check-ins

  • Monthly check-in calls with coach

  • Bi-weekly weigh-ins and measurements

Step 1: Book a Discovery Call

Step 2: Sign Up!

Pay for your first month of training; fill out an intake questionnaire and set up your profile on ProCoach or TrueCoach.

Step 3: Goal Setting & Assessment Workshop

On the Friday before Day 1 (all programs start on Mondays), get on a call with Jaala to talk about what to expect during the first weeks of training.

Step 4: STart your program!

Receive emails from ProCoach (daily) or TrueCoach (frequently) explaining your tasks for that day. Get started with check-ins, workouts, and learning how to be more awesome!

Schedule your monthly check-in call for the same day and time every month.
