Drop by Drop Fitness LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “DDF”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy, adopted October 9, 2020.  This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit (“Website”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

By accessing or using this Website, participating in our programs, or using our services, you agree to this privacy policy.

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • When you visit or browse the Website.

  • In email, text, and other correspondence between you and us.

  • When you participate in DDF programs or use our services or other programming as we may add or modify.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about you, such as information: 

  • by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, or any other information that by law is defined as personal or personally identifiable information ("Personal Information");

  • that is connected to you but does not identify you, such as information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details (“Non-Personal Information”).


In addition, you may provide us with other information, communication, and documents as part of your participation in our services and programs, or in communication with us prior to or about that participation.  We collect this information from you when you provide it, automatically as you browse the Website, or we may receive this information from other third parties with whom we partner or have a contractual business relationship (“Third-Parties”).  Such information may include information provided during the registration process, as a result of participation in our programs, correspondence, responses to surveys, payment or transaction history, or any other information provided to us by you. Other information may be collected through automatic data collection technologies such as details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, or other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website and information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). 

The information we collect automatically is statistical data and does not include Personal Information, but we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties, such as our payment card processor and client relationship manager, Dubsado; or our video/ webinar / website hosting partner, Wix; or our coaching platforms, TrueCoach and ProCoach. 

You should read these policies so that you understand how these entities may use your information.  Dubsado, Wix, TrueCoach, and ProCoach help us to improve our Website and/ or deliver a better and more personalized service. 

The technologies we may use for this automatic data collection will include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website.   • To implement our programs, such as nutrition and/ or fitness coaching and teaching.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.   The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website and/or to DDF programs, you are responsible for keeping your password(s) confidential. We ask you not to share your password(s) with anyone.

All information you share with us in any form, including but not limited to emails, text messages, documents, audio or video recordings, and images, is transmitted to us at your own risk.  Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other participants in our programs with whom you may choose to share information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that information you share will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat Personal Information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
